You will complete the Enrollment Form and schedule your Welcome Call. During this call, we listen to your credit frustrations and goals. We want to know where you are now and where you want to be. We also discuss our process in detail and answer any questions you may have.
After you complete the enrollment form, you will complete onboarding, which consists of you signing up for the required credit monitoring service, creating a username and password for the client portal, signing the client agreement, and uploading the required documents.
We perform a thorough review of your credit profile and provide you with a credit analysis. Then, we create a personalized action plan to improve your credit so you can purchase that new home, new car or other major purchase that you have been dreaming about.
Credit repair is not an overnight fix. It can take months to repair your credit.We work diligently to get you results. We use credit laws to challenge inaccurate, unverifiable, incomplete and outdated information. We also provide resources for you to start building good credit.
Throughout the process, we provide credit education to empower you to obtain and maintain good credit. Your credit reports and scores update monthly. We stay in touch with you and provide updates on your progress during a monthly phone call.

Cancellation Policy
Services are provided on a month to month basis and clients may cancel their service at any time at least (3) three days in advance of any upcoming recurring payment. When cancelled according to these terms, the upcoming recurring payment will constitute the final payment due for services rendered. All services are billed in arrears.

• Information that users provide manually on our web site. This information is gathered on our Schedule Consultation Form and includes name, address and email address. This information is not shared or used for any marketing purposes whatsoever.
• Connected Credit Consultants, LLC gathers through aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites. This information allows us to better tailor our content to readers’ needs and to help us better understand the demographics of our audience.
Usage Tracking
Connected Credit Consultants, LLC tracks user traffic patterns. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. Connected Credit Consultants, LLC does break down overall usage statistics according to a user’s domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user’s browser). Connected Credit Consultants, LLC sometimes tracks the search terms that users enter in public search engines, which generate a “click through”, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine the effectiveness of individual search terms.
